Mike Aversano, CPA

Founder, CEO

Mike started his accounting career working 11 years with Deloitte and Touche servicing retail & pension plan clients as an audit Senior Manager until he left and started his family practice in 2002.

Mike had a great track record for helping hundreds of clients resolve their tax issues with the IRS or State taxing authorities.
He has an uncanny non-CPA way of speaking to clients in plain English so all his clients understand exactly what we are doing for them. He is a tax resolution expert.

Our clients love Mike's work ethic, communication skills and the fact that they can always speak to Mike when they want.

Ryan Aversano, EA

California/NC Regional Director

Ryan is an IRS Enrolled agent trained on how to navigate, negotiate and resolve tax debts with the IRS and State governments.

Ryan learned the business from his CPA Father and company founder Mike & has been trained not only on the technical aspects of Tax Resolution, but the type of client service and attention that his Dad founded the company on.

Ryan has logged countless hours on the phone with IRS agents and he can apply that experience helping our new clients achieve very favorable results on their tax cases.


Chris Noonan, CPA

401(K) Audit Director

Chris has been a licensed CPA at for over 30 years. He has had experience in audting all types of client pension plans, including 401(K) and other defined contribution as well as defined benefit plans. 

He and Mike have worked together to audit hundreds of pension plan audits in their years working together at Deloitte and Touche, as well as private practice.

Chris is meticulous, and will devote his time to helping each client with their specific audit needs. Chris is eager to help all of our clients remain in compliance with DOL and ERISA statutory requirements.
