Tax Rates are Goin' Up.  That's the Hard Truth.

Our country's 'leaders' have been derelict in their duties for the past 50 years.  They have run the national debt up to over $34 TRILLION with no signs of slowing down!  It's a train wreck of epic proportions.

The coming due bills for social security, Medicare & Medicaid are going to overwhelm this country.  And everyone walks around like it will all be ok.  It won't.

The stone-cold simple math is that the only way for the government to make good on their obligations is to reduce & defer social security payments & medicare or raise tax rates significantly.

The first option is extremely untenable and political suicide.  So raising rates on the masses will be the most likely solution to this situation.  So, if you are deferring your taxes on your retirement income and think that you will pay at the current rates, you are going to be very shocked when you retire to see where rates are at that point.  They certainly won't be as low as the currently historic low rates we have now.  That is for sure.  

By thinking that rates will not change exposes you to the whims of the IRS who are right now licking their chops at the thought of getting a huge share of those funds when you retire at rates that THEY (not you) decide!  That is no way to plan for retirment.  You can't plan if you have no flippin' idea what you will have left after the IRS takes their cut.

Your only solution is beat them to it and protect your assets now, while you have the abillty to do so.  So what's the plan you ask...

Our "Offer Them Nothing" Plan

Who doesn't remember the famous scene in the 2nd Godfather movie where Michael Corleone is being shaken down by the corrupt Senator and he offers him nothing!

Our plan is similar but instead of engaging in illegal shakedowns in the mafia world, we use the exact IRS code they wrote to collect taxes from us but legally and strategically structure our retirement tax plan to pay zero taxes in retirement.  In effect, offer the IRS NOTHING for our entire retirement!

About Me


With more than 30 years of being a CPA serving all sorts of clients and doing all types of tax & accounting work, I found myself more and more fascinated in using the IRS tax code to legally find ways to help my clients pay the legal minimum in taxes.

I stated my career working over ten years with Deloitte and Touche in NYC as an Audit Manager. 


I have a great track record for helping hundreds of clients resolve their tax issues with the IRS before I started focusing on providing Tax Planning Consulting services to my  clients 5 years ago.


I speak plainly and colorfully so I am not your typically CPA.  I'm no fan of the government who wastes our money and lacks the fiscal responsibilty they should possess as stewards of our tax dollors.  They have failed us miserably.


That is why I am so passionate about paying the least amount of taxes and ZERO in retirement.  They don't deserve a penny more. Let me help you avoid being one of the of the millions who pay them more than they deserve!
